I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor certified in the treatment of trauma. I have a bachelors degree in Psychology and masters degree in counseling. In addition to 8 years of military service, I have over 20 years of experience in the human services field. I provide Maryland board approved professional supervision for graduate level counselors and therapists (LGPC's).
Mental health is my passion. I am here to guide you through some of life's toughest matters. I offer an open, safe and non-judgmental atmosphere to work toward healing. Since 2010, I have provided a number of specialized therapeutic services to treat depression, PTSD, anxiety, mood and other disorders. Clients have entrusted me to walk with them on their journey toward strength and wellness. I take an integrative approach to therapy which means your needs, preferences, and goals are matched with the most appropriate treatment type.
Together, we can work through whatever has been interfering with your ability to live your best life. You CAN regain control of your life and begin to HOPE, HEAL and BLOOM. Take the first step. Contact me today. You will be glad you did.
